Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside Australia.

We offer standard free shipping on all orders.

🎉 Shipping Cost: Free

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance, location, and external factors.

Once your order is shipped, you may receive:

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active.

Funsite Design is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers.

🏠 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

💸 Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

📭 Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

📦 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

📸 Take clear photos of the item and packaging
📧 Contact us within 7 days of delivery
🧾 Include your order number

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

📦 Order Cancellations

❌ Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped
🚚 Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy
